In the Professional Development Course, improve your knowledge of chocolate using an approach exclusive to Cotard Chocolatier. Intended for people who have already taken a beginner or intermediate course, or who have an equivalent in chocolate-making, this course will teach you new chocolate-making secrets and techniques to master!

Please note that all our workshops, classes and training are given in French.

What you need to know:

  • Class duration: 5 hours (including 30 minutes for lunch) - Friday, 9 am to 2 pm
  • Number of participants: 8 people maximum per course
  • Who should attend: People who have already taken the beginner and intermediate courses or the equivalent in chocolate-making. This class is also intended for professionals who want to increase their knowledge of chocolate-making.
  • Location : L'Académie Cotard - 141, rue Principale, Saint-Sauveur, QC J0R 1R6
  • You have the opportunity to bring back your beautiful creations for $60.

What to wear:

If you already have a chef’s coat, we recommend you bring it along. Please also note that chocolate can stain clothes, so we recommend wearing clothes that you don't care for. We will not be held responsible for stains.

Class availability:

  • If the selected date displays "Full", there are no more places available. Please select another date.
  • A minimum of 4 people per class is required for the class to take place. An email notification will be sent to you within 24 to 48 hours.
  • If a technical problem or equipment breakdown prevents us from giving a class, an email will be sent to notify you. A full refund will be issued within a few days.

Accompanying adults:

  • Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Doors open:

  • Doors open 10 minutes before class.

Photos and videos:

  • Photos and videos are permitted during the class.

You have 14 days before the date of your course to make a change. After this date, no changes will be possible.
