In the Continuing Education Course, you will experiment with professional techniques using an approach exclusive to Cotard Chocolatier. You’ll be able to create the pieces you’ve imagined, using the most modern tools available. Discovering, enriching your knowledge and practicing both classic and audacious methods will enable you to express your talent or even pursue a new professional career path!

The Continuing Education program consists of a 9-hour course, divided into 3 classes, 1 beginner, 1 intermediate and 1 advanced, each lasting 3 hours.

Please note that all our workshops, classes and training are given in French.

Choose your dates below. It’s important to respect the order of the classes: you must start with a beginner class, continue with an intermediate class and finish with an advanced class. Make sure your dates follow this order.

What you need to know:

  • Class duration: You will take 3 courses of 3 hours each. Courses run from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
  • Number of participants: 12 people maximum per course
  • Who should attend: Anyone interested in the learning about chocolate and wishing to explore their creativity.
  • Location : L'Académie Cotard - 141, rue Principale, Saint-Sauveur, QC J0R 1R6
  • You have the opportunity to bring back your beautiful creations for $20 (for Beginner's chocolate class), for $30 (for Intermediate chocolate course) and for $40 (for Advanced chocolate course).

What to wear:

  • Pants
  • Closed shoes
  • A comfortable sweater

If you already have a chef’s coat, we recommend you bring it along. Please also note that chocolate can stain clothes, so we recommend wearing clothes that you don't care for. We will not be held responsible for stains.

Class availability:

  • If the selected date displays "Full", there are no more places available. Please select another date.
  • A minimum of 4 people per class is required for the class to take place. An email notification will be sent to you within 24 to 48 hours.
  • If a technical problem or equipment breakdown prevents us from giving a class, an email will be sent to notify you. A full refund will be issued within a few days.

Accompanying adults:

  • Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Doors open:

  • Doors open 10 minutes before class.

Photos and videos:

  • Photos and videos are permitted during the class.

If you have any allergies, please let us know when you register for a course. However, we cannot be held responsible for any allergens (allergies).

You have 14 days before the date of your course to make a change. After this date, no changes will be possible.
