In the Advanced Chocolate Course, experiment with professional techniques using an approach exclusive to Cotard Chocolatier. You’ll be able to create the pieces you’ve imagined, using the most modern tools available. Discovering, enriching and practicing both classic and audacious methods will enable you to express your talent or even pursue a new professional career path!

Please note that all our workshops, classes and training are given in French.

What you need to know:

  • Class duration: 3 hours
  • Number of participants: 12 people maximum per course
  • Who should attend: Graduates of hotel trade schools, persons working in the food industry, or who have taken the intermediate course or an equivalent

  • You have the opportunity to bring back your beautiful creations for $40.

If you already have a chef’s coat, we recommend you bring it along. Please also note that chocolate can stain clothes, so we recommend wearing clothes that you don't care for. We will not be held responsible for stains.

Class availability:

  • If the selected date displays "Full", there are no more places available. Please select another date.
  • A minimum of 4 people per class is required for the class to take place. An email notification will be sent to you within 24 to 48 hours.
  • If a technical problem or equipment breakdown prevents us from giving a class, an email will be sent to notify you. A full refund will be issued within a few days.

Accompanying adults:

  • Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Doors open:

  • Doors open 10 minutes before class.

Photos and videos:

  • Photos and videos are permitted during the class.

If you have any allergies, please let us know when you register for a course. However, we cannot be held responsible for any allergens (allergies).

You have 14 days before the date of your course to make a change. After this date, no changes will be possible.
