Biography
Crowned BEST CHOCOLATE MAKER CANADA at the CANADIAN finals of the World Chocolate Masters in 2015, I subsequently ranked twelfth in the world and second in America.
Having begun my career at the age of 16 as a pastry chef, I continued my apprenticeship in a number of renowned establishments.
I then specialized in chocolate making, which led to several international training courses and participation in various competitions.
I specialized in chocolate sculpture and technology, along with taste creation and flavour structure.
With over 30 years' experience, I devote myself entirely to chocolate, new technologies and training, making me one of the world's leading chocolatiers.
Today, it's essential for me to share my knowledge and train the next generation of chocolatiers, but also to share my passion with others who want to learn the various techniques of our profession.

Biography
Judith Lamontagne won 2nd place at the 2024 North American final of the renowned World Chocolate Masters, in addition to securing first place for her artistic piece. She also distinguished herself in 2019 by winning 1st place at the provincial Fiesta Farinex competition.
Passionate about chocolate in all its facets, I seek perfection in colour, texture and vibrant flavours. As a chocolate sculptor, chocolate is my unique medium, allowing me to unleash my creative and structural talents.
Teaching, demonstrating and drawing attention to the meticulous details of chocolate-making for the people who come to my classes, showing them the tricks of the trade and the subtleties of chocolate, is for me a wonderful way of sharing this daily passion and revealing to them all the wonders that can be achieved even simply for their own pleasure.

Class availability:
- A minimum of 5 people is required for the team-building class.
- If a technical problem or equipment breakdown prevents us from giving a class, an email will be sent to notify you. A full refund will be issued within a few days.
Doors open:
- Doors open 10 minutes before class.
Photos and videos:
- Photos and videos are permitted during the class.

You have 14 days before the date of your course to make a change. After this date, no changes will be possible.
